Our Specialisms
Heritage House School is structured around several key specialisms.
The school specialises in the delivery of teaching and learning to students that have autism, cerebral palsy or cognition and learning difficulties. Some of our students have complex conditions that involve elements of more than one of these.
Classes within the school are grouped according to age and primary need. Class groups are usually no greater than eight, with a ratio of at least one adult for two children. In some cases, students have dedicated one-to-one support.
In addition, we have specialist teaching in Music, Art and ICT.
