The School

Heritage House School is a community day special school for children (ages 2 to 19 years) with a range of learning difficulties. We have two departments known as Upper School and Lower School. Our mission is to provide high quality education and care for all our pupils. OFSTED tell us we are a GOOD school with some features described as OUTSTANDING.

We have a large group of staff who are highly trained to support our pupils to make progress, participate and have fun. The school specialises in meeting the needs of children with a variety of needs; learning difficulties, autism, visual impairment, sensory processing difficulties and motor co-ordination problems. We have a wide variety of resources available to us, supporting our highly skilled staff to meet the needs of our pupils.

This site provides windows into all areas of our school, we invite you to look through, find out more about our caring school and glimpse our staff and pupils learning together and achieving together.
